Based out of our Boston office, we are looking for an enthusiastic team player in a Customer Support/Help Desk role for our leading-edge Product Suite. You will be helping our ever growing client base to get the most out of our software. This role includes supporting and training our customers on our Product Suite and helping our sales team with demo sites.

Required Skills:
  • PrePress operator with a good IT background
  • Enthusiastic learner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedicated team player
  • Understands PDF workflows

Desirable Experience:
  • Worked with Web-to-Print Systems
  • Direct work with customers on trouble shooting
  • Some form of basic programming e.g. HTML, JavaScript
  • Design ability
  • Variable data experience
  • Worked with Cross Media (PURLs, Email blasts)

Software Sales/Business Development Managers

Online Print Solutions is a leading innovator in the areas of Web-to-Print, Variable Data and Cross Media Marketing Solutions to the commercial print industry. Founded in 2002, OPS has grown rapidly and has offices in the U.S., Australia and Ireland. In support of this rapid growth we are seeking experienced, highly motivated and results-oriented sales people for our Boston, MA office. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative tasked with selling enterprise solutions to commercial printers.



Job Description:
  • Sell software products on the telephone and via webinars.
  • Prepare emails and written proposals articulating our solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com as a CRM system.
  • Meet assigned quarterly and annual quota objectives.
  • Participate in major trade shows throughout the country.
  • Open to occasional business travel nationally.

Key Skills/Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in a quota driven sales role. Must be able to demonstrate a proven history of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Must have sales experience in the commercial printing marketplace.
  • Have the ability to quickly understand the technical aspects of our company and be able to explain how our solutions can add value.
  • Ability to make cold calls and generate new sources of leads.
  • Demonstrated success establishing and cultivating business relationships with proven success
    in penetrating new markets and developing new business.
  • A general understanding of web based software applications.

Compensation:
  • Competitive Base and commissions with no cap on earnings.
